Privacy Notice

This notice explains how SAKIB HASAN, operator of QuoteAxis, handles personal data when you use the QuoteAxis supplier-quote intelligence service.
1. Information we process
QuoteAxis processes account and workspace information such as your name, work email, company/workspace name, role, authentication records, and security/audit events. When you use procurement features, QuoteAxis processes supplier quotation information that you upload or enter, including supplier names, quote metadata, commercial terms, line items, prices, quantities, and comparison results.
QuoteAxis is designed to store reviewed quotation values and line items in history rather than retaining the original uploaded supplier PDF as a historical document.
2. Why we process information
We use this information to provide and secure the service, extract and compare quotations, maintain supplier and price history, generate reports, manage company workspaces, support account recovery, administer subscriptions, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot the service.
3. Billing and email providers
Subscription checkout and billing management are provided through Stripe-hosted services. QuoteAxis stores billing identifiers and subscription status but does not store raw payment-card details. Transactional email may be delivered through Brevo or another configured SMTP provider.
4. Hosting and security
QuoteAxis is operated on controlled server infrastructure with HTTPS, access controls, authenticated company workspaces, role-based authorization, CSRF protection, signed session cookies, audit logging, and signed Stripe webhook verification. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
5. Retention
Account, billing-reference, audit, and procurement history data are retained while needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. Customers may contact us regarding deletion or export requests, subject to applicable retention requirements.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal data. Requests can be sent to privacy@getquoteaxis.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
7. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, the operator will use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
