Terms of Service

These terms govern use of QuoteAxis, a supplier-quote intelligence service operated by SAKIB HASAN.
1. The service
QuoteAxis helps purchasing teams extract, review, compare, store, report on, and negotiate supplier quotation information. Features may include OCR, quotation comparison, supplier history, multi-supplier analysis, reports, team workspaces, and decision-support suggestions.
2. Your responsibility for purchasing decisions
QuoteAxis is a decision-support tool. Extracted values, comparison signals, commercial scores, reports, and negotiation suggestions may contain errors and are not purchasing approvals, financial advice, legal advice, technical validation, or supplier guarantees. You are responsible for checking important values against original supplier documents before purchasing, approval, negotiation, payment, or contractual commitment.
3. Accounts and company workspaces
You must provide accurate account information and protect account credentials. Company administrators control team membership and roles. You are responsible for activity performed through accounts under your control and for ensuring uploaded information may lawfully be processed.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed using the recurring price shown at checkout. Stripe processes payment information and provides the customer billing portal. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Plan changes, cancellation timing, invoices, and payment-method management are handled through the billing portal and the applicable Stripe configuration.
If a subscription becomes inactive, unpaid, past due, cancelled, or otherwise loses billing access, QuoteAxis may make procurement-changing actions read-only while preserving access to saved history where technically and legally appropriate.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use QuoteAxis to violate law, infringe third-party rights, compromise systems, distribute malware, interfere with service availability, bypass access controls, or process information you are not authorized to handle.
6. Customer content
You retain responsibility for supplier quotations and other information submitted to your workspace. You grant the operator the limited rights necessary to host, process, transform, compare, secure, back up, and transmit that information solely to provide and protect the service.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be improved, replaced, or discontinued when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or product development.
8. Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuoteAxis is provided without guarantees that extracted or generated procurement information will be complete or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional limitation of liability required for your commercial launch should be reviewed for the operator's jurisdiction and customer market.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel a paid subscription through the available billing controls. The operator may suspend or terminate access for serious misuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirements.
